Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009)

A group of people find themselves trapped in the backwoods of West Virginia, fighting for their lives against a group of vicious and horribly disfigured inbred cannibals.
The third film in Fox’s slice-and-dice thriller series is only available as an unrated feature, which is understandable—how else to graphically depict the film’s decapitations, stabbings, spearings, incinerations, eye-gougings and vivisections? This time around, the “innocents” who take a wrong turn into inbred cannibal country are a bunch of vicious escaped convicts (along with some nicer people) who learn the hard way that crime doesn’t pay. The killings are frequent, and their depictions are graphic.
